Exchanges Only

We do not offer returns. If you receive a defective device, you may exchange it for a new product.

Condition for Exchange

To process an exchange, you must bring the defective device to our store.

Exchange Criteria

You may exchange the defective device for a new product of the same price, flavor, and brand. If the exact flavor or brand is not available, we will offer you an alternative flavor from the same brand, of equal value.

Eligibility

Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
